Athletic performance programs are geared towards athletes from age 7 and up. We offer different programs for different age groups:

  • D2/Kids Fitness: ages 8-12
  • D1/High School: ages 13-18
  • College/Pro: ages 18+

D2 / Kids Fitness Program

Ages 8-12

Our D2 Athletic Performance/CrossFit Kids Program is designed to help kids move better, get stronger, and develop key athletic skills—all in a fun, energetic environment. Perfect for young athletes or active kids who want to run faster, jump higher, and play harder. We focus on building healthy habits, having fun, and getting kids moving in a safe, encouraging environment.
