I love what I do and wouldn’t trade this job for anything. Being a coach and helping others achieve their goals is my passion. Since the age of 17, I knew I wanted to be a coach. I got my first opportunity to work with athletes of different ages and skill levels in an internship during high school and have been doing it ever since.
I love working with athletes of all ages with differing goals, and even different programs. It’s amazing to see what changes a person can make, even in a short time, with the right motivation, atmosphere, and program. The most rewarding thing about coaching is building relationships with people and seeing what they are capable of accomplishing!

I’m Sheila I love fitness, my family (both gym family and biological family), and my puppies. I have a passion for helping others reach their goals through fitness and nutrition. I especially enjoy working with kids, as I believe they should do fitness early in life. So they end up successful and not broken or unhealthy.

I’ve been a coach and involved in athletics all my life. Helping others achieve their goals at all levels makes me happy. I enjoy both coaching CrossFit and living the CrossFit lifestyle. I have 3 amazing kids, 1 unbelievably amazing wife, 3 grandkids, and 2 dogs that keep me busy!
Crossfit Coach / Performance Coach
My first encounter with fitness began at 11 years old while training for baseball and football under none other than Coach Tom Corradino. Throughout the years, my love for these two sports set in motion a new interest for training. Now I get to spend my days in the gym teaching the benefits of a healthy mindset and lifestyle.
Being able to help determined athletes reach their full potential, set performance goals, and gain confidence on the playing field is the most rewarding part of the job. In addition to coaching, I’m currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at UB as well as a license in massage therapy at the New York Institute of Massage. If I’m not coaching or in the classroom, I’m most likely training to beat the defending champion at the CrossFit Games. In my free time, catch me binge-watching stand-up comedies on Netflix, devouring anything with peanut butter in it, and captivating audiences with my world-renowned storytelling abilities.
