Health and fitness has been a huge part of my life since middle school. I love having the opportunity to help others feel better and work toward their goals every day. 


I knew I wanted to get involved in the fitness world right out of high school, which is why I went to UB for Exercise Science. I first got involved with CrossFit during an internship at CrossFit Core Fitness in Syracuse and absolutely loved it, which is what led me to interning at Absolute Performance during my senior year of undergrad at UB in 2014. The camaraderie and atmosphere are what I enjoy the most about coaching the CrossFit and Fundamentals classes. I think group classes are a great way to positively encourage each other and push people to accomplish things they never thought they could do. I also value the attention me and the rest of our coaches can bring to our personal training in a smaller setting designed to meet our clients specific needs and goals. 


Some of my favorite music to listen to while I workout include ABBA and Natasha Beddingfield and I love picking up rocks to see what bugs might be underneath it.
